When you cook and participate in our CASI Chili Cook Off, you are helping us fundraise for Texclipse Cares 501c3.

Texclipse Cares is a local nonprofit dedicated to provide scholarships for Trade School, Beauty School and Study Abroad Programs to Junction ISD graduates.

CHILI

Cook with us! Top 10 winners will receive sanctioned CASI Points for a chance to compete and cook at the World Champion Chili Cook Off in Terlingua, TX!

FUN

We have other FUN ways for you to

participate in our CASI event including:

  • Margarita Mix Off- cooks will be provided 5 cups for judges. You will be judged on Texture, Flavor, Alcohol Ratio, Color & Overall Presentation.

  • Beans- Cook any type of bean!

  • Salsa

  • Corn Hole Tournament - payouts to top 3

  • Washer Tournament - payouts to top 3

  • Team Roping w/ NFR champ Tyler Magnus

  • Night time concerts with Live Music
