Locals Pre-Sale Tickets are ONLY available for a set time BEFORE the lineup is announced. Once the quantities have sold out, or the sale timing has run out (whichever comes first), locals pre-sale will end. This is the ONLY opportunity for locals to purchase tickets at a discounted rate.

You MUST bring a valid ID and proof of ticket confirmation for pick up.  Tickets MUST be picked up at location below & during operating hours, unless otherwise arranged by Texclipse Staff.

No, the Box Office can only hold tickets for the account holder/purchased name. If you arrive before others in your party, you will need to make sure you give  your friends their wristbands. It's advised to plan ahead and make sure everyone has their own wristband, and has registered it, before leaving for Texclipse. 

Yes! Wristbands will be available for purchase at the Box Office, while they last! Once the event has sold out wristbands will not be available at the Box Office or online. If the event has been sold out, please do not come, you will be turned away.

Cash (in person at the box office) and all major debit and credit cards are accepted (pre-sale + in person).

Unfortunately, it is not possible to upgrade or alter an order. 

Yes, Texclipse is a family event! If this is your first time, please read through these FAQ's carefully and read the Rules & Guidelines to find out the best way to be prepared!

Children eleven (11) and under are free. If your child is 12 years of age or older they will require a wristband. There are not discounts available for children.

**All children MUST have ear protection. You may bring your own or purchase ear plugs at the Texclipse Merchandise Booth.**

Should you get separated from your child, lost parents are asked to check in at the nearest Medical Center or Information Booth. Children who are looking for their parent(s) will be brought there to be reunited.

Yes! Please read addresses below carefully! VIP parking, GA parking and Camping are all at different locations! 

No. If you are needing a parking spot, you must purchase in the "add on" page of our website. 

Arrival for parking at GA parking is: 8:30am.

Arrival for parking at VIP parking is: 9am.

Directions from I-10 west:

Take exit 456

Take a left under the bridge and follow US377 N for .7 miles.

Take a right onto airport road.

After you pass the flashing light on the corner of US83 and US377, the Stevenson Center will be .5 miles down the road on your left.

Yes! Shuttles will run every 20 minutes from the GA parking lot to the event. The shuttle fee is included in the parking price. 

If you purchased a parking pass from Texclipse, then the shuttle fee is included in parking pricing.

• No open food or alcohol is allowed on shuttles.
• Shuttle Drivers have the right to refuse service to anyone disrespectful or intoxicated.
• Each shuttle driver will have a TIP bucket.

VIP Parking is located on-site at the Texclipse Music Festival.

*Please Note- FM 2169 is a ONE WAY road during the event. You will have to enter from THIS LOCATION.

• You will NOT be allowed to park without your parking pass! Passes MUST be picked up ahead of time at the Box Office/Will Call.  Located HERE . (Hours of operation listed under "Tickets & Wristbands" section above).
• Your vehicle WILL be searched upon parking. NO OUTSIDE DRUGS OR ALCOHOL ARE ALLOWED. Prohibited items will be confiscated by Texclipse security and NOT returned.
• Once you leave the Texclipse Festival for the day, you will NOT be allowed back in.

Yes! However you absolutely cannot use your motorcycle for transportation within The Campgrounds/Festival/GA Parking area. 

Those found in violation may be asked to keep their motorcycles outside of the campgrounds for the remainder for the festival.

All security will be wearing a laminate that says their company name with a large, unique identifying number, as well as a security shirt with their company name on it. All security laminates are going to be the same design, but with a different color and company name for different security companies. You can ask to see a security guard’s laminate at any time.

Security exists for the safety and well-being of all attendees of the Texclipse Music Festival. You will see them at entrance gates, around the stages, at VIP parking and roving throughout the venue. They may check your bag or confiscate prohibited items as you move through different entrance gates throughout the festival. You can ask any security guard for assistance – and don’t forget to smile and say thank you. These people travel from far and wide to work long hours, and make the Texclipse Music Festival happen! If someone who you are uncertain is a security guard is attempting to search you, you can request to see their laminate and ask to speak to their supervisor.
